Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mustache CRM platform operated by Pixmeknot Limited (“Mustache”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Mustache, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use Mustache, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mustache only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the service to store, transmit, or process data in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or computer systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Use the service to send unsolicited communications (spam) in violation of applicable anti-spam laws
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service beyond API usage within rate limits

3. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to Mustache (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service. We will not access your Customer Data except as necessary to provide support, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the Customer Data you submit. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to store contact and business information in Mustache, including compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Free Plan. The free plan provides access to core CRM features at no charge. We reserve the right to modify free plan features with 30 days' notice.

Pro Plan. The Pro plan is billed monthly at the published rate per workspace. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Changes. We may change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. API and MCP Access

We provide API and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server access for programmatic interaction with your CRM data. API usage is subject to rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access that degrades service performance for other users.

6. AI Features

Mustache includes AI-powered features such as the chat assistant. AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any actions taken based on AI suggestions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

Mustache and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pixmeknot Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixmeknot Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pixmeknot Limited is incorporated. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Mustache after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
